Cloth Edition is a craft screen print shop specializing in custom printed textiles. Our team of artisans work with traditional methods and eco-friendly materials to hand print fabrics for interior design, private label, hospitality, fashion and artist commissions.

Cloth Edition Print Shop offers contract screen printed textiles

No minimum yardage

Print up to 2000 yards in up to 8 colors

Maximum piece size is 30 yards continuous

Areas of Expertise

Cloth Edition Print Shop uses traditional screen printing methods, combined with a water-based eco-friendly ink system to create custom printed textiles. Cloth Edition prints primarily for the interior design market. Our main clients are boutique fabric lines, who we work with to develop a print and color-ways to their specifications. We work with designers to produce custom fabrics for bespoke projects in interior design and hospitality. Our custom projects often blur the line between art and design, and we also work with artists who commission printing for their projects as well. Able to print on nearly any textile, Cloth Edition also produces fabrics for small batch fashion brands who are not scaled for high volume production.

Our hand printing process is uniquely adaptable for engineered prints, we are able to work with designers to integrate a surface print into their custom upholstered furniture. Cloth Edition is also able to print at a larger scale than typical print shops, making us the ideal manufacturer for large scale textile projects that incorporate printed elements.

Meet Our Team

Anne Kirk, Owner

Anne Kirk began working in screen printing upon her arrival in San Francisco in the 1980’s. Since then, Kirk has run multiple print shops and started her own boutique fabric line, Anne Kirk Textiles. Always keeping one hand on the squeegee, Kirk developed a fabric line that integrates screen printed textiles with custom wovens made in Belgium, Italy and Spain. Kirk has worked on custom projects with design firms such as Steven Volpe, Nicole Hollis, Odada and Charles De Lisle.

Ryan Harrison

Ryan Harrison is the production manager and lead printer at Cloth Edition. Ryan graduated from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2017 with a degree in printmaking, receiving the Outstanding Student award and the Bronze Roller Award. Ryan has printed for Paul Mullowney and the Tamarind Institute before working with Anne Kirk as her design assistant and printer. Ryan became the production manager for Cloth Edition in 2022.
